Michael G. Zeiger Sr. Died: September 14, 2024 in Hardin, IL Age 64. Michael was born in Joliet, and he was a graduate of Joliet Central High School. He worked for 25 years as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic and was a proud member of The International Union of Operating Engineers Local 150. Preceded in death by his parents, Patrick and Helen Zeiger; sister, Nancy Patrick, brother Patrick Zeiger, and sister Marilyn Canipe. Survived by his son Michael (Cassandra) Zeiger Jr. of Oregon, WI; daughter, Korinne Zeiger of Braidwood; one grandson Michael F. Zeiger; two sisters, Kathleen Zeiger of Braidwood, Carolyn Donovan of Wilmington; And numerous nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday October 19th, 2024, from 1:00 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Large Pavilion at Godley Park District 500 S. Kankakee Street Godley, IL 60407. The prayer service will begin at 1:30 p.m. with a reception after.
